General Manager Location: 1800 N. Corrington Ave, Retail, Kansas City - Outlet, MO, 64120 Job Summary:

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail store located at 1800 N. Corrington Ave, Kansas City - Outlet, MO, 64120. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the store's staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise the store's staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure that customer service standards are met and that customer complaints are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure that products are ordered and received in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, including those related to safety and security.
  • Prepare and manage the store's budget, including monitoring expenses and revenue.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure that the store is meeting overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and customer service.
