Ag Processing Inc is currently hiring for a shift supervisor at our Methyl Ester plant in St. Joseph, MO. The person in this role will assist with the day-to-day operations through providing management support throughout the plant. The shift supervisor will also assist with training employees, enforcing company policies and procedures, and will ensure that quality standards are being met.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide management support through supervising the plant workers' activities including training employees, determining methods for employee work, and scheduling.
  • Monitor and maintain processing supply inventory through completing orders of supplies and documenting amount of supplies on hand.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and manage projects as assigned.
  • Attend company meetings.

  • Five years or equivalent in related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of a high school education or equivalent. Technical degree is preferred.
