Pay: $19.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Mechanic to join our team in Lee's Summit, MO. The ideal candidate will have experience in equipment repair and maintenance, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:
  • Tear down equipment, utilizing manufacturer's recommendations and industry best practices
  • Inspect equipment and parts for wear and damage
  • Diagnose possible reason(s) for failure
  • Provide information on parts and additional work required
  • Provide recommendations to improve the reliability of the equipment
  • Complete information in reports as required
  • Paint and prepare equipment for shipment
  • Load, secure to truck, and deliver equipment as necessary
  • Clean and organize shop as required
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in equipment repair and maintenance
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
