*This is not a remote position. This role will be located in Overland Park, KS or Frisco, TX.
* This position requires monthly travel to one of the following locations based on office location: Overland Park, KS; Bellevue, WA; and/or Frisco, TX.

T-Mobile's Finance, Procurement & Supply Chain (FP&SC) team is on a major transformation journey, and we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator to play a pivotal role in facilitating the seamless operation of our dynamic transformation.

As a key member of the Change Management team, you will be responsible for meticulously managing and optimizing executive calendars, ensuring that critical meetings are scheduled efficiently, and conflicts are proactively resolved. Your keen sense of time management will be crucial in orchestrating team events and ensuring that all logistical elements are flawlessly executed. Additionally, you will provide invaluable support to our leadership team by anticipating their needs, preparing materials for meetings, and maintaining a proactive communication flow to ensure that executives are well-informed and prepared for their responsibilities. This position is integral to the smooth functioning of our organization, and your commitment to precision and dedication will be instrumental in maintaining a high level of operational excellence.

What you will do

  • Project manage the total lifecycle for important meetings and events hosted by transformation team by developing key deliverables, coordinating logistics planning, creating communications, and integrating with stakeholders to ensure a flawless employee experience.
  • Coordinate and execute the logistics for highly visible transformation team events with cross-organizational impacts to teams, employees, and leaders.
  • Own the development and execution of the transformation team's culture initiatives with a focus on employee engagement and morale.
  • Support the Elevate Leadership Team to drive organizational excellence, proactively anticipating needs and flagging obstacles to ensure projects continue to move forward.

Qualifications

  • Education Level: Bachelor's Degree required
  • Work Experience: Less than two years
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills required
  • Outstanding analytical, organizational, and project management skills with strong attention to detail required
  • Excellent development of communication tactics and presentation skills required
  • Experience performing data analysis through multiple methods/tools required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity required
  • Self-starter with the ability to anticipate requirements, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines required
