The Molding Process Technician tends to several injection molding machines and industrial robots to mold plastic components to specifications. This position requires the ability to plan and perform a sequence of operations while making major decisions involving the running or stopping of molds and machines. Monitor safety conditions/behaviors on the production floor. Oversee quality including problem solving, trouble shooting, rework, decision making, rework and rejection. Manage personnel safety, scheduling, coaching/development, training, conducting meetings. Collect and analyze production data/reports using graphs, spreadsheets and software. Schedule production. Perform i
