Position Details:

You will lead team of marketing technology analysts to promote marketing growth through data and technology and deliver value through technology projects around connectivity, integration and automation.You will lead, govern, and manage marketing technology yearly budget plan to achieve business goals.You will also help marketing growth through discovering/building marketing technology capabilities and industry research/trends while working cross-functionally with Marketing Channels, Customer Information, Customer Strategy and Grainger Technology Group. You will report to Helen Bertolucci, Director, Marketing Design, Planning & Ops.

You Will:
  • Manage a team of marketing technology analysts to promote marketing growth through data and technology
  • Define, plan, resource and implement technology oriented program
  • Gain understanding of marketing and advertising technology ecosystem and how it supports business growth
  • Create connectivity improvements between/across MarTech and AdTech stacks to ensure activation and attribution of customer-level data and content (e.g. Google and Adobe Marketing Cloud, Identity Solution, CDP/DMP)
  • Articulate and ensure implementation of data and content integration requirements for all marketing channels (using API, SQL & Data Extraction Tools)
  • You will promote technology vendor relationship with senior marketing leaders to maximize value from platforms
  • Research industry trends/best practices, understand evolving privacy regulation and articulate its impact on current marketing capabilities
  • Assist campaign managers uncover and articulate barriers around end-to-end marketing campaign workflow, and co-design technology solutions for improved efficiency
  • Work with partners (Grainger Technology, Customer Information) to guide marketing success through large/small projects, technology adoption, Marketing technology roadmap and project prioritization
  • In partnership with Enablement - educate team members of new capabilities and functionality of marketing technologies and help improve technology adoption
  • Gain experience with MarTech & AdTech products and infrastructures (e.g., Adobe, Google, Identity Solutions, LiveRamp, TradeDesk etc.)
  • Gain understanding of Data Extraction & Integration technologies along with architecture accumen
  • You will understand campaign workflows and interdependencies across end-to-end marketing workflow systems (e.g. JIRA, APRIMO, Workfront)
  • You will manage and facilitate across multiple technology platforms. Including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, Google Marketing Cloud, LiveRamp, APRIMO, Digital Marketing Channel Technologies, PPC, SEO and Digital Media Display

You Have:

  • Bachelors or Master's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 7-10 years of experience in related field
  • 3-5 years of team management experience
